A little more than a year ago, we were fiercely working on strategies for how to build on our 2019 growth. Then came COVID-19, and the best-laid plans went out the window as we turned our attention to helping our existing clients respond to the pandemic. As we enhanced and refined our occupational and employee health IT solution to meet new COVID testing, monitoring and now vaccination management needs, we realized that organizations beyond our current client base needed the same capabilities.
Strong growth leads to immediate need to fill positions
To make out solution more widely available, we introduced Channel-19, a standalone application to help employers and hospitals monitor the health of their employee populations during the COVID-19 pandemic. Organizations that implemented Channel-19 have gotten a taste of Enterprise Health’s ease of use and their positive experience has led many to want to implement the full Enterprise Health solution. As a result, we have an immediate need to fill product specialist and deployment consultant positions.
Product specialists provide application support and customer service to existing clients. They answer questions about our applications, escalate priority issues, and provide ongoing training to Enterprise Health users. Deployment consultants manage the setup, configuration and deployment of the Enterprise Health standard solution, and provide leadership to deployment specialists.
