App enables convenient, secure connection to the employee portal from mobile devices 

The Enterprise Health mobile app gives employers that use the Enterprise Health solution a convenient way for employees to stay connected and actively manage their at-work health. With the app, employees can use their mobile devices to securely connect to the employee portal where they can access the same information and functionality as they can from their desktop.

 

The app is available from the App Store or Google Play, and after installation, employees can access the employee portal by logging in using their organization’s existing single sign-on capabilities. Once logged in, the portal offers a branded experience where employees can manage important health tasks. In the message center, they can view messages and link to consent forms and questionnaires that need to be completed. They can access the portal’s calendar functionality to easily schedule and track appointments and they can complete a form to report a work injury or illness.


The Enterprise Health app also enables organizations to use real-time push notifications instead of SMS messages to remind employees of appointments and to complete questionnaires. When a notification is received, they can tap on it to go directly to the app to complete the required task. Real-time push notifications are ideal for reaching employees who don’t have access to or regularly check email. It can also reduce costs associated with sending text messages.
