Begin by downloading the Enterprise Health app from the App Store or Google Play.
START WITH YOUR "HANDLE"
Once installed, type in your employer's "handle" as provided by your employer, then click "continue". If you have a QR code, click "scan QR code" and point your phone camera at the QR code provided by your employer.
After clicking continue or scanning the QR code, you will be directed to log in to your employer's portal. Log in with your username or password — or single sign-on.

The Enterprise Health Mobile app allows employees to securely connect to your organization’s Enterprise Health employee portal where they can actively manage their own work status.
The app allows real-time push notifications (instead of SMS messages) for their symptom monitoring reminders. By tapping on a notification, employees are directed to the mobile app where they complete and submit daily questionnaires to receive work status clearance.
