Fort Wayne, Ind., January 25, 2024 — Enterprise Health, a leading provider of occupational and employee health IT solutions, announced today that Leslie Cadet, MD, MPH has been appointed to the company’s advisory board. Dr. Cadet is the medical director of employee health at Loma Linda University Medical Center, an academic medical center operating six hospitals, a physician practice corporation, remote clinics in the western United States and affiliate organizations around the world.

“Dr. Cadet is a great addition to our board,” said Jeff Donnell, Enterprise Health president. “Her experience overseeing the employee health program at a large, prestigious health system combined with her service in the United States Air Force as a flight surgeon and medical director of the flight medicine clinic brings a unique perspective about what different types of employers need from their employee health software solution.”

Enterprise Health’s advisory board comprises employee health experts who do not currently use the Enterprise Health solution. It reflects the composition of the company’s client base — which includes Fortune 500 firms, health systems, universities and government agencies — and works to bring a well-rounded perspective on strategic direction that guides the organization’s growth.

Other members currently seated on Enterprise Health’s advisory board are Dr. Fikry (Fik) Isaac, founder and CEO of WellWorld Consulting and former vice president of Global Health Services for Johnson & Johnson, Dr. Bhargav Chandrashekar, global medical director of occupational medicine and employee well-being at GE HealthCare, Dr. Kenji Saito, president and chief medical and science officer at MedLaw LLC and global medical director at Owens Corning, and Dr. Peter Lee, chief executive officer, Work Health Solutions.

Dr. Cadet earned a Bachelor of Science in biomedical science at the University of South Florida, a Doctor of Medicine from University of Miami and a Master of Public Health from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. She is board certified by the American Board of Preventive Medicine with specialty training in occupational and environmental medicine and is also certified as a Medical Review Officer.

Dr. Cadet is an accomplished Air Force Veteran whose work as a flight surgeon aided in the successful execution of 1,080 combat missions and 2,000 airlift missions in support of Operations INHERENT RESOLVE and ENDURING FREEDOM. As the medical director of a flight medicine clinic, she led 23 personnel in seamless clinical operations to provide care to over 700 beneficiaries while simultaneously completing overseas/special operational duty clearances for a base populace of approximately 5,100 active duty personnel. As an occupational health consultant and primary care physician, she routinely cared for aviators, aircraft mechanics and intelligence officers, among others. Dr. Cadet was honored as the 2015 Global Strike Command Flight Surgeon of the Year, and also worked as an aviation medical examiner for the Federal Aviation Administration.
