Fort Wayne, Ind. October 8, 2025 — Enterprise Health, one of the world’s leading providers of occupational health software, today announced the release of the official proceedings from the International Occupational Medicine Society Collaborative (IOMSC) Thought Leaders Summit: Identifying Priorities for Global Worker Health, held at the International Labour Organization (ILO) headquarters in Geneva during World Health Assembly week.

The two-day summit, organized by the IOMSC in collaboration with the World Health Organization (WHO) and the International Labour Organization (ILO), convened more than 50 chief medical officers (CMOs) and occupational health leaders from multinational corporations and global agencies. During the event, delegates identified the most urgent priorities and opportunities shaping the future of worker health worldwide, including:

  • mental health and well-being, with a focus on burnout and resilience;
  • climate change and heat stress, and their growing impact on safety and productivity;
  • technology and AI, balancing innovation with emerging risks; and
  • building the business case for worker health, strengthening the return on investment (ROI) and value of investment (VOI) narrative for the C-suite.

The proceedings include key insights from summit sessions, case studies and recommendations for action, as well as plans for next steps including the formation of global working groups on mental health, climate change and articulating the business value of occupational health.

The full proceedings document is available to occupational health professionals, employers and global stakeholders at enterprisehealth.com.

The next IOMSC Thought Leader Summit is scheduled for May 21-22, 2026, in Geneva.
