Enterprise Health integrates ICD-11:
the next evolution in healthcare

ICD-11

Fort Wayne, Ind. [December 2, 2025] — Enterprise Health, one of the world’s leading providers of occupational health software, has completed the first phase of ICD-11 integration into its occupational and employee health platform, ushering in the next evolution of healthcare coding and data management.

ICD-11 seamlessly replaces ICD-10 and is the global standard for health classification and interoperability. It delivers a unified framework that enables policymakers and health leaders to align national and global initiatives more effectively. With richer, more precise data, healthcare providers can optimize resources, manage costs and improve population health strategies.

“ICD-11 is more than just an upgrade, it’s a transformation,” said Jeff Donnell, president at Enterprise Health. “While a date for IDC-11 adoption has not been set in the U.S., many of our clients are global and more than 70 countries have begun implementation, with many more piloting or expanding adoption. By integrating ICD-11 into our platform, we are equipping our clients with the most advanced coding system available that supports accurate clinical documentation and modern healthcare innovation, from AI-driven insights to global interoperability.”

Organizations that use Enterprise Health to document and manage the health of their employees are now able to choose from ICD-10 or ICD-11 within the system to best meet their needs. Those that choose ICD-11 can now:

  • Capture every clinical detail effortlessly using modern coding structures designed for today’s healthcare environment.
  • Utilize a post-coordination tool to search for a condition which results in an output of various matching condition names with ICD-10 codes for selection.
  • Improve outcomes through recognition of contemporary health concepts, including rare diseases, allergens and modern medical conditions.
  • Unlock advanced AI and analytics capabilities through highly interoperable, detailed datasets.

Enterprise Health will complete Phase 2 of ICD-11 integration into its platform in 2026. Phase 2 will include visibility to selected ICD-11 code/condition in orders, prescriptions, injections and interfaces that send diagnosis information, such as billing, lab orders, etc.
