Fort Wayne, Ind., September 9, 2020 — Enterprise Health, one of the largest providers of occupational and employee health software in the world, welcomes Tomas Bonome to the team as business development director. Bonome will oversee development and management of partnerships and also manage government sector sales efforts.

Bonome brings more than 18 years of occupational and public health experience to Enterprise Health. He joins Enterprise Health from Federal Occupational Health (FOH) within the Department of Health and Human Services, Office of the Secretary, where he was director. In that role, he oversaw the clinical health, behavioral health, environmental health and safety, and wellness and health promotion services provided across 360 federal agencies, spanning more than 400 clinics, fitness centers and laboratory facilities.

“Over his prestigious career, Tomas has amassed extensive knowledge of the inner workings of occupational health services across the federal government and honed his skills partnering with agencies and vendors alike,” explained Jeff Donnell, president of Enterprise Health. “His expertise in the organizational administration, service delivery and operations of these programs make him a key asset in meeting Enterprise Health’s growth objectives across its partner organizations and government.”

Prior to appointment as FOH director, Bonome held positions as the chief of staff and senior advisor to the office of the director at FOH. Before joining FOH, he served as special projects manager for the President’s Council for Fitness, Sports and Nutrition and special assistant to the surgeon general, where he started as a staffing officer. He also was a senior assistant research officer for the National Institutes of Health.

As a commissioned officer in the U.S. Public Health Service, Bonome earned a number of prestigious awards for his efforts to advance the health of the nation, including two Surgeon General Exemplary Service Medals.
