Congratulations to our very own Dr. Fik Isaac for being selected as the recipient of the 2019 Bill Whitmer Leadership Award during the recent Health Enhancement Research Organization (HERO) Forum in Portland, Ore. The award recognizes excellence in the field of workplace health and well-being and is shaped by and honors the decades of hard work and vision in the field of health and well-being (HWB) by Bill Whitmer, co-founder and former CEO of HERO.

We’re not surprised Fik was selected. He has an extensive history of leading initiatives that promote employee health and well-being through his work as the former vice president of Global Health Services for Johnson & Johnson and long-time involvement in the HERO organization as well as other organizations.

Fik continues his mission as the founder and CEO of WellWorld Consulting where he offers strategic advisory, market research and board-level support to public and private sector clients focused on global health and wellness strategies, policies and solutions. He is also a fellow of ACOEM and serves as an advisor to the Harvard School of Public Health SHINE committee. Throughout his career, Fik has received many national and international awards and recognition for his work on population health management.

We are extremely grateful to have Fik on our Enterprise Health advisory board. He and the other employee health experts on the board provide valuable insight to our leadership team and help us gain a well-rounded perspective on strategic direction that guides our organizational growth.

Congratulations again, Fik. The award is very well deserved!
